Terms & Conditions
Dear Author,
We are extremely pleased to have you on board. We are India’s most unique and reliable self-publication platform.
We congratulate you on being a part of Blue Hill Publications. In order to start the publication procedure, we would need you to accept the terms and conditions entailed in this MoU as a mutual agreement of our shared collaborations.
Following are the clauses that you need to adhere to:
1. The manuscript will belong exclusively to the Author.
2. We have agreed to publish the ebook of your book.
3. The services provided under this package has been clearly mentioned on the offer page itself.
4. The author just needs to submit the manuscript and other required documents and information.
5. No input will be taken from the author before, during or after the publication process. All works related to publishing will be taken care of by us. We will be designing book cover, applying for ISBN, generating barcode, formatting ebook, etc. The author will have no role to play in these matters. No request for revisions or changes in book cover, ebook, etc will be entertained at all.
6. Generally, the Author will not be liable to back out once the publication process has been initiated to ensure the integrity of Author as well as the Publication House. However, if the author can’t proceed with us for any reason, the author may request us through email. In this case, no refund will be provided.
7. Author will receive 100% royalty on net profit from the book sales.
8. The Author will be liable for any plagiarism in the manuscript (if found).
9. The Author agrees to pay a nominal service charge of Rs. 999/- + Rs. 180/- (GST 18%) = Rs. 1,180/- (Rupees One Thousand One Hundred Eighty Only) to Blue Hill Publications.
10. Blue Hill Publications does not guarantee the number of sales the Author might get post publication.
11. Blue Hill Publications, holds all the rights to terminate the publication process anytime without any prior notice. In this case, full refund may be provided to the author.
12. The author can claim refund up to 3 days from signing this MOU. Beyond 3 days, it will be at company’s discretion to issue any refund or not.
13. Total time to publish the book depends on many factors and hence it may take subjectively. The delay might happen for reasons not connected with us.
14. The author will be responsible for the contents of the book. If any controversy so arises, Blue Hill Publications or any person associated with the publication process cannot be held responsible for it. The full responsibility lies with the author in this case.
15. If author wants any additional service or ask us to acquire any additional resource for the purpose of his book such as image, video, etc, the author will be liable to pay additional costs as may be required.
16. The author agrees to pay 100% of the agreed amount as advance payment. The book will be launched only when 100% amount is paid.
17. By signing this MOU, both parties agree to abide by the company’s policies that include Non-disclosure Policy, Revision Policy, Revocation of Approval Policy, Publication Process Policy, NOC Policy that is available here: https://bluehillpublications.in/company-policies/
By making payment, Author agrees to abide by the clauses defined here.
