Rahul Singh was born in Siwan, Bihar on 21st November 1996 in a small beautiful village called Dilsadpur. Rahul Singh’s father Late Jitendra Singh was a farmer and his mother Late Manju Devi was a house wife.
Rahul is a farmer by birth but to live his dreams, he had to give up farming. He had a keen interest in information technology and his interest brought him to the silicon valley of India, Bangalore. He completed his higher studies from Bangalore and started working with Accenture as a Data Design Associate.
Writing was one of his favourite things to do when he is not doing anything mainstream since his childhood. His love for writing kept on increasing with time. He always quoted “Writing excites me as well as relaxes me”. He enjoyed writing poems and short stories the most.
His idea of writing a book came after meeting his brother named Neeraj Sinha, who convinced him that he can actually write a book.
Today, he successfully complete his first book named “Connect Mind to Fitness”. He has written this book to explain the strong connection between mind and body. He has captured almost all the aspects of keeping our body fit and strong. He has also share some of his good and bad experiences in this book that may be proven equally important for his readers and for those who wants to transform their body into a healthy place to live.
